Each independent psychologist practising at Centre Novae is a joint data controller for the clinical data collected in the course of their own professional activity.
Data collection
The information you send us via the contact form or the appointment booking is used only to respond to your requests and organise your care.
Retention
Your data is kept for the strict duration necessary for its processing, in compliance with the legal obligations in force in Luxembourg and in the European Union. Contact details outside the clinical record are deleted after 1 year of inactivity.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, objection and deletion. To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@centrenovae.lu.
